How accrual is counted
Accrued days = annual entitlement × months worked ÷ 12. Remaining = accrued − days taken. A negative remaining means the employee has taken leave ahead of accrual.
Saudi labor rules set a minimum prepaid annual leave of 21 days, rising to 30 days after five consecutive years with the same employer. Contracts and company policies in Pakistan and the United States often use a different number. This page does not apply carry-over caps, public holidays, or sick leave.
